The first day home with her, Paul gave Nyla his speech about his philosophy on life. Will he tell me what he told her? No. It's apparently a father/daughter secret. Knowing Paul, it's probably something about how action movies are the best and camouflage is the best print and how she can never EVER date.
Has she done anything exciting? No. Has she pooped on him? No. She seems to save all those little gems for her mother. Isn't that sweet of her?!
What I do know is that I miss her tremendously during the work day now that she's not downstairs in the nursery. I come home from work, walk straight in the house, and snatch her from Paul and we snuggle, snuggle, snuggle! I love our little monkey girl!
Paul has been taking some pretty precious pictures of our girl while he's been home. Below is my favorite. She's a sweet monkey girl!
